By the legislative acts the amendments are introduced to the law "On State Assistance and Peculiarities of the Functioning of Children Centers "Artek" and "Moloda Gvardia" that specifies its principles concerning the lease allotment of the lands, estimation of the area of these children centers, implementation of servitude regarding the land areas, assigned for the centers for the constant use.
According to the Law, "land areas, 216,6423 hectare that are assigned for the constant use to children center "Artek" and 33,9 hectare that are assigned to "Moloda Gvardia" belong to the state property and are not subjected to disposal".
The corresponding Bill is registered in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, №4231-1.
